On July 25th, 2023 Uptown Theatre in KCMO was excited to welcome Yungblud on his Midwest leg of The World Tour, joined by Games We Play and The Regrettes!

To begin the night Games We Play revved up the crowd with hit songs like “All My UnTalented Friends”, “Hey Ben” and “Get a Job.” Frontman of the band Emmyn Callerio even brought his brother on stage, and they finished their lively set with the Tik Tok hit “I Hope You’re Happy.”

The Regrettes joined us on stage next, bringing a fiery energy to our Kansas City venue. Their setlist included songs such as “Dress Up” and “California Friends,” as well as a beautiful cover of “Dancing On My Own” and of course the bands hit song “Barely On My Mind.”

And finally, after the energy had been built all night with the amazing performances beforehand, Yungblud took the stage by beginning with “superdeadfriends.” Yungblud came on stage with high energy, getting the crowd even more excited by jumping around stage and electric movements as he continued through his setlist. Performing songs like “parents,” “fleabag,” “anarchist,” and “Kill Somebody,” he closed out the night with a rendition of his hit song with Machine Gun Kelly, “I Think I’m OKAY.” And of course, Yungblud gave us an encore of “Lowlife,” and “Loner.” If you have the chance to see the English punk artist live yourself, don’t hesitate to grab your tickets!
